![]() ![]() It has been a great way to calm my mind before going to sleep and allows me to reflect on the positive things that happened throughout the day.Ī few of my personal achievements include: my double eagle at Shamrock Golf Course in 2017, and helping coach the Osseo High School girl’s JV/varsity golf team. ![]() ![]() The best health advice I've ever received was: to start writing down three things I’m thankful for every evening before bed. My personal health goal is: to constantly challenge myself with new workouts and new healthy recipes. There are so many different things about each and every patient that influence the end result of their care. Something I've learned from my patients is: that health care is not one-dimensional. It is such a blessing to be able to constantly meet new people and help them meet their health goals. There are not many careers out there that provide the ability to connect with and help people on a daily basis. I grew up in a household where I was constantly surrounded by medicine and conversations about the human body. I knew I wanted to become a physician assistant when: I was a teenager. If I wasn't a provider, I would: own my own bakery. I love to try new recipes and bake goodies for friends and family to taste. I am a family physician assistant with professional interests in sports medicine, preventive medicine, health and wellness, and I see patients 12 and older. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions. ![]()
